Returns

You may request a return within 10 business days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as you purchased it.

In its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Goods in perfect working condition, but returned because the buyer had a change of mind will attract a re-stock charge of 10% of invoiced amount deductible from the refund due customer.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees and installation/service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer error.

All exchange must be initiated within 10 days of purchase to be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return where return is not made in person.
